03 / Transformation

Digital transformation

Connect new technology, changed ways of working and better digital experiences for customers and teams, and keep people informed as the change happens.

Typical challenges

  • The transformation programme has a vision, but teams cannot see how their work contributes to it.
  • Communication between teams and stakeholders breaks down as more teams join.
  • Writing requirements, composing backlogs and tracking progress takes more effort than it should.
  • New technology arrives faster than the organisation can change how it works.

What we do with your team

Connect vision to work

We turn transformation goals into initiatives, requirements and backlogs teams can act on.

Make progress transparent

We set up the reporting and rhythms that show sponsors and teams where things stand.

Change ways of working

We support agile delivery practices that fit your organisation, not a textbook.

Design better digital services

We help shape the services your customers and employees use, with the architecture behind them.

How the work runs

  1. 01

Understand: learn the goals, teams and current ways of working.

  2. 02

Shape: agree the roadmap, structure and measures of progress.

  3. 03

Deliver: work alongside teams as the change rolls out.

  4. 04

Improve: adjust plans and practices based on what delivery shows.

Where we have worked

Banking and payments, including dependable digital services where reliability and regulation matter.

Questions

Can you help us bring AI into our processes?

Yes, as part of a transformation. We also build the Archy AI Platform, which grew out of exactly this kind of work, but we only recommend it where it fits.

Do we need to use the Archy AI Platform to work with you?

No. Our services and the Archy AI Platform are separate. Architech builds Archy, but we recommend whatever fits your situation. If you do use Archy, we can help your teams adopt it.
