Archy AI Platform privacy notice

When you contact us through the form

What we collect

Why we use it

To read and answer your enquiry, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to keep a record of our business contacts.

Legal basis

Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and keeping a record of them (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The checkbox on the form confirms you want us to reply.

Spam and abuse protection

The form uses a hidden field and Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions, and limits how often a form can be sent. This relies on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

What happens next

Your enquiry is stored in our customer relationship management system (CRM). The CRM notifies the person at Architech who handles services enquiries. We do not send automated marketing emails as a result of this form.

Do you have to give it

No. Without your name, email, company, area and message we cannot reply through the form. You can also email us instead.

When you visit the website

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data needed to deliver the website and protect it from attacks, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. We use this only to run and secure the site.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

No analytics or advertising: we do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking on this website. Fonts and images are served from our own site, not from third parties.

When you email us

If you write to info@architech.hr, we receive your email address, the content of your message and anything you attach, and we keep the correspondence in our email system (To be supplied). We use it to reply and to keep a record of our business correspondence, based on the same legal bases as in When you contact us through the form.

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking, so we do not ask for cookie consent. Our hosting and security provider may set strictly necessary cookies or use similar technologies to protect the website and the contact form from abuse. These are exempt from consent because the site cannot be delivered securely without them.
